Business Intelligence Analysts roles are responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. Proficient in Tableau Tool.
Respond to Ad hoc data and analytics requests and consult with requestors to interpret results.
Utilize extensive knowledge of Workday data architecture and business objects to help configure existing reports and write/build new reports based on new requirements.
Conduct analytics research and produce dashboards/data visualization to tell data driven stories and conclusions. Ideally would work freely within Workday tenants, data warehouse to develop, audit, and test reports without added complexity of limiting sensitive data. Evaluates requests for various Human Resource (HR) user access and takes appropriate action.
Conducts fact finding for internal and external Human Resource (HR) audits.
Maintains process documentation on HR systems application processes.
Develops, deploys, and communicates new business processes and procedures in accordance with Company and legal requirements.
Assigns, monitors, processes, and oversees global service ticket workload.
Analyse and test systems to resolve data discrepancies, enhance efficiency or support new business requirements.
Ensures system functionality and data integrity.
