Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Director to oversee our high compliance warehouse operations and drive strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency, accuracy, space, productivity, and client satisfaction. The Warehouse Director will be responsible for developing and implementing data driven warehouse strategies, managing resources, improving processes, and leading a team of warehouse professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, material movement, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Fully embrace, learn, and navigate CCG’s Warehouse Management System, Datex Footprint.

Establish KPI’s and use WMS data to measure and make logic based operational decisions.

Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Meet all client specified KPI’s & SLA’s

Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, good housekeeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors, and staff to ensure a high level of performance, productivity, and accuracy.

Regularly review team’s performance to celebrate their wins and proactively coach any losses. Provide training, as needed, and recommendations for the team’s development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. First point of escalation for issue resolution.

Evaluate and implement warehouse technologies, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred, not required.

Proven experience (3+years) in high compliance warehouse management or a similar leadership role within the logistics/warehouse industry.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management (including lot control,) distribution processes, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Certification in supply chain management, logistics, or related areas is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
