We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys with a focus on Corporate, M&A, Securities, and/or Finance Transactions to join our offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Texas. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of legal excellence and client service.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and financial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate and commercial agreements.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Manage and execute high-profile transactions, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal risks and liabilities associated with transactions.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) where the firm has offices and where the candidate desires to reside.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and/or finance transactions.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience.
Salary range: $245,000 - $450,000.
