Overview:
Title: Planning and Scheduling Specialist
Accountable for Integrated Planning and Scheduling. Manage /review Long term forecast/ short term planning/scheduling and issuance of site internal NTP to Construction for all initiatives
Responsibilities:
MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools(must have). PMP or other industry certifications (good to have)
Must have:
Strong MS Project, Primavera, other Scheduling and Reporting tools.
Strong MS Excel skills pivots, V-lookup, slicer, formatting, ability to define and make data tell a story.
Able to build a dependency-based schedule with granular detail.
Identify errors, hold others accountable, drive project and resource success.
Produce internal and external reporting via excel, teams, Power BI, G-Sheets
Strong digital presentation PowerPoint or in person/video - such, clean, professional, communicative.
Portfolio/example of schedules, reports, and presentations to be presented.
Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and spend
Works with Scoping, Construction, Materials, PM, and Integration
Hands off the schedule to CX
Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews with an approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting
Present information for internal meetings on the rolling schedule
Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Scoping, Integration, Project management, Construction Management, or materials
Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Able to operate in a high stress, fast paced environment.
5 years managing a high volume of projects (preferably AT&T)
Pre-planning and forward thinking
Communication skills
Problem Solving skills
Financial acumen
Pay Per Year $75,000-85,000 DOE
