Overview Cash Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to complete turnkey project estimates for the firm. This individual will act as the estimating lead on various projects. Responsibilities include pre-bid attendance as needed, site visits, bid management, development of cost estimates, evaluation of subcontractor and supplier costs, and risk analysis. You will be supported by junior estimators performing quantity takeoff comparisons and an estimating coordinator who facilitates solicitations to subcontractors and vendors, qualification/prequalification requirements, and minority participation documentation.
