Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize project activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to assign tasks and monitor progress.
Track project expenses and ensure that projects stay within budget.
Create reports in Excel, with proficiency in pivot tables.
Perform data analysis using Excel sheets provided.
Schedule meetings with different stakeholders depending on project needs and document meeting minutes.
Manage email distribution lists of different teams participating in the program.
Own the activity of planning and coordinating project/team events whenever the teams meet in the client office.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts, escalating to senior management when necessary.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of any changes or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT, Facilities, Logistics, and Support teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
