About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President with a focus on Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding company revenue goals, expanding the company's market presence, and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, a proven track record of influencing and empowering teams, and expertise in selling at the C-level. The RVP will be expected to guide the activities of the sales team, manage the sales cycle, and ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate SaaS/cloud-based software solutions and a detailed understanding of business needs in the assigned region.The ideal candidate will have experience in territory management, and planning, and a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly with a focus on financial, strategic, and operational planning. A Bachelor's or Advanced Degree is required, with a preference for candidates with an MBA. The role also involves attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent, so experience in these areas is beneficial. EPM, BI, or ERP experience is a plus.
