The Workday on Workday team is looking for someone with outstanding experience managing Workday Security configurations, access privileges and control structures.

About The Role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement and maintain systems and procedures that best support an efficient and scalable security framework. The Senior Security Business Systems Analyst will:

Implement and maintain a WoW security framework that is efficient and scalable

Analyze and contribute to operational improvements related to security administration

Participate in functional design reviews to help teams identify up and downstream security impacts, dependencies and project risks

Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations

Configure system security settings; plan and execute unit testing, and advise teams performing integration and acceptance testing

Serve as Security Administrator and internal advisor across all functional pillars

Execute peer reviews of security configuration changes and implement them

About You

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of Workday implementation experience

Excellent functional knowledge of Workday Security

Other Qualifications

Understanding of Workday integration technologies

Certified in a core Workday functional pillar (HCM, Financials, etc.)

Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated abilities to think creatively and strategically to solve and answer key business questions/problems

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors

Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes

Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $136,000 USD - $204,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $114,000 USD - $204,000 USD
