**Description**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinates and manages the Advertising inbox and marketing requests.
+ Ensures marketing projects are delivered efficiently and timely.
+ Assists with Field social media onboarding and page setup.
+ Assists with day-to-day social media requests.
+ Manages Canva Templates for Agency Owners, Marketing Activities Specialists, and Agents.
+ Monitors for compliance on social media pages and marketing materials.
+ Trains Field employees on Social Media use and dos/don’ts.
+ Surveys and listens to agents and assists with applying the feedback given.
+ Builds relationships with the field employees.
+ Provides storefront support.
+ Provides direct mail and email marketing support.
**Knowledge and Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
+ 1-3 years of experience producing content for social media and digital channels.
+ Basic knowledge of digital and social media content production and publishing.
+ Effective utilization of computer systems including Canva.
+ Familiarity with Hootsuite, Trello, or Formstack.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Ability to multi-task, sometimes in high stress and deadline situations.
+ Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
