Student IT Support Staff Intern
We are seeking multiple Student IT Support Staff to provide basic troubleshooting for IT equipment.
Responsibilities:
IT Helpdesk
Device return from students (check-in on maestro and follow SOP)
Device preparation and configuration
Recycling project (when no other activities are in place)
Inventory support
Adhere to and communicate standards for the use, operations, and security of networks, computers, and data.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, CompTIA IT Fundamentals certified
Graduate of CRIPCS IT Fundamentals course/training
Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Google Suite, Zoom, Schoology, and other student software instructional tools
Able to work a flexible schedule morning, afternoon, or evening.
Commitment to CRIPCS's core values and ability to model those values in relationships with colleagues and partners
Provide COVID-19 Vaccine card
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to utilize basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches while rack mounting active and passive equipment using small screws and brackets
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. for up to 100 feet at a time
Helpful to have: Bi-lingual
Experience working with students or in a classroom
Customer service skills
Must be willing and able to learn and quickly adapt to evolving technology
Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30-5:00 pm,
Locations: Harvard Street Campus & SG Campus [based on the need]
Two interns : June 10th to July 31st (2 months)
Salary $17.50 per hour
