We’re seeking to hire our first account executive to join our fast-growing team. As the first sales hire, you will have a front-row seat to revenue opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities Work with CEO to develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets

Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and contract closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision makers

Build and deliver powerful presentations and proposals to prospective customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including co-founders, product and engineering – to ensure customer success

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Passion for Responsible AI and its potential to drive positive business and societal impact

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
