Position Objective:
This role is responsible for the planning and managingofvarious creative development projects for our cardiac product line and other corporate brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for marketing communication and a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception through execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plansfor marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver on creative excellence.
Manage all aspects of project logistics, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
Ensure effective communication and collaborationamong stakeholders.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including print, video, and digital content.
Organize and manage photoshoots, ensuring they meet brand standards and project goals.
Execute creative for e-commerce channels, including email marketing and paid media.
Plan and monitor social platforms, patient websites, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage projects with external brand partners, negotiating and managing collaborations that align with our brand's values and market positioning.
Ensure brand guidelines, quality standards and processes are followed.
Qualifications:
At least 7-10 years of experience in the medical device industry as Marketing Project Manager / Marketing Communications Manager
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar
Experience in working with sales and marketing functions in a medical device / pharmaceutical company
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project
Experience in working with medical professionals (doctors, nurses, etc) is preferred
