As the Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development , you will be responsible for driving partnerships, alliances, and strategic initiatives to accelerate Bloomreach's growth and market presence. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in Bloomreach's trajectory, directly reporting to the CEO you will lead the identification of new revenue streams and investment opportunities to fuel Bloomreach's expansion and success, and fortify our market presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances, corporate business development, and investment strategy aligned with Bloomreach's business objectives and market trends.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities that enhance Bloomreach's product offerings, market reach, and competitive position.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, including technology partners, system integrators, agencies, and industry associations, to drive collaboration and mutual success.

Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances to maximize value for Bloomreach and its partners.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, including product integrations, joint marketing programs, and co-selling activities.

Drive thought leadership and industry engagement initiatives to position Bloomreach as a leader in digital commerce innovation and ecosystem development.

Identify and explore new revenue streams and business opportunities, including potential investments or acquisitions, to support Bloomreach's growth objectives and product priorities.

Review of inbound opportunities and start developing outbounds for strategic acquisitions.

Develop diligence playbooks both surface level and deep dives, running cross departmental workstreams to execute on this.

You have the following experience and qualities :

15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, corporate development, business development or investment roles in the technology industry, preferably in the digital commerce, marketing technology or SaaS space.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.

The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

Base Salary Range

$250,000—$300,000 USD

Compensation:

Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
