The Role The Director, Salesforce Technology & Administration will set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule and resources. They will deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. This person will be hands-on when needed to help their team solve problems and get through crunch periods, help the team connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines and uphold the integrity of the Salesforce technology by providing efficient and effective solutions.

What you'll do Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule and resources.

Work with DevOps Tools, Copado, to conduct releases throughout the pipeline and assuring the integrity of metadata changes.

Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods.

Help the team connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines.

You'll be successful if you have Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration with detailed working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Community and Pardot.

Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Familiar with Salesforce Mobile Application.

Ability to analyze and creatively solution complex business problems.

Ability to review, create, update process documentation.

Strong Analytics skills and experience developing custom reports and dashboards.

Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Experience using data migration tools (i.e., Data Loader, CRM Fusion).

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized and detail oriented and results driven.

Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Qualifications/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Knowledge of devops processes.

5+ years of management experience.

5+ years of Salesforce experience.
