**Seeking Full Time Bell/Door attendant. Must have flexible availability on** **weekdays** **and weekends.**
**What are you responsible for?**
**A Bell/Door Attendant** will champion the arrival process by ensuring guest are met with a welcoming greeting, they create the first impression upon guest arrival. The Bell/Door Attendant will be responsible for
+ Welcoming guests to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested.
+ Manages the front entrance drive / shuttles
+ Manages hotel ADA & House Car
+ USPS mail pick-up
+ Bell/Door Attendants may be asked general information about the hotel and city.
+ This position is in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
+ It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.
+ At times may perform VIP Pick-up from Airport.
**Qualifications:**
**How do you know if this job is for you?**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
+ Refined verbal communication skills.
+ Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
+ Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
+ Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
+ Proficient in English
+ Valid drivers license and clean driving record
