DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with Moore Home Services quality and safety standards
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
Meet sales goals and metrics
Experience in setting units
Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, e-pumps.
Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates; Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check, drug screen, and physical
Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
EPA Universal Certification
2 - 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10 -20 lbs
Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
