Red Arch Solutions (RAS) is working with our government customer to counter and deter emerging threats. Our mission is to ensure the availability and high performance of mission critical systems, research and development of applications, automation, and leading technological/scientific strategies.The focus of our project is to modernize data efforts, keeping with DoD requirements. Creating data that is visible, accessible, and understandable. Data that is linked, trustworthy, and interoperable is key, ultimately allowing data to be secured.
This project is anenterprise venture to bring all data and information of our mission and business lines of effort together in one access point that is secure, modern, efficient, and effective for all colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
Supports development and implementation of digital governance processes, policies, and standards the organization use to manage data.
Ensures that data is managed effectively, is accurate and accessible, and supports decision-making.
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
Monitoring and resolving data governance-related issues.
Develops system architecture and system design documentation.
Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Qualifications:
An active DOD T/S SCI security clearance.
10+ years of professional experience or an AA degree can be substituted for 2+ years of experience and or a BS Degree can be substituted for 4 years of experience. MS Degree can be substituted for 6years of experience.
Experience developing and revising DOD/IC policies.
Experience analyzing user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system documents and specifications.
Proficiency in technical documentation experience. #CJ
