Front Desk Associate

Los Angeles, CA, United States

Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and general services.

Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, ensuring all administrative needs are met.

Manage the office budget and make necessary purchases to maintain an adequate supply of materials and equipment.

Assist teams with organizing business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Receiving and sorting mail, as well as periodic mail runs to other offices

Maintain office compliance, ex. required posters and evacuation plans

Maintain office equipment in partnership with IT

Qualifications: Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency with office management software and productivity tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
