What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
ServiceNow administration, configuration, development, and support, following industry best practices
Perform day-to-day administration and development tasks of the ServiceNow tool
Upgrade and maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow tool across different environments
Develop workflow customizations within ServiceNow, PowerAutomate, or PowerApps
Collaborate with team members and business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a technical focus preferred
5+ years of development experience in JavaScript or other languages such as C#, Python, or VB
Recent development and administration experience with ServiceNow, especially configuring core modules
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
