Job Summary
As an Accounting Financial Analyst, you'll handle a variety of important financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of data. This includes reconciling accounts balances, correcting mistakes in the ledger, and entering financial data. You'll also review costs, prepare profit and loss statements, and prepare tax reports for different states. Plus, you'll manage company credit cards and monitor the billing activities in Mexico to provide support as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Assess, interpret, and reconcile accounting information based on established company and departmental guidelines.
+ Interface with governmental agencies to fulfill tax reporting requirements accurately and punctually.
+ Conducting account reconciliations to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
+ Overseeing the invoicing and billing process within shared services.
+ Taking ownership of resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the invoicing and billing process to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Educational background:
+ Desired bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or closely related field
Qualifications and Skills
+ Basic knowledge of U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
+ Advanced Excel is a must.
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Planning and organizational skills
+ Good time management
+ Analytical and judgment skills
