**Job Summary:**
STS is looking for a Security Manager who will lead and direct multiple projects from inception to completion, identifying and documenting project requirements, supporting clients on various information security initiatives, keeping all stakeholders apprised of project, and managing issues to resolutionleads under limited supervision. He/She will also be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. He/She is expected to build trust and relationships with clients and leadership through the delivery of successful outcomes.
The Security Manager will also assist in the development and support of key process indicators to understand client satisfaction. This includes repeatable measurement of client satisfaction KPIs and working across the organization Technical Teams at the direction of the direct manager to facilitate operational corrective actions needed to address tactical and systemic client satisfaction issues.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Working closely with customers to understand there business needs
* Ensuring contractual obligations are met and SLAs are met or exceeded
* Chairing weekly service reviews
* Analytics of security trends
* Assess the profitability of accounts
* Manage and mature stakeholder relationships
* Manage and create service improvements
* Increase profitability by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
* Take ownership of customer satisfaction
* Act as the main point of escalation
* Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base
* Manage transition of services into BAU in line with contract agreements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or any related IT field
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in the management of two or more of the following : SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Intelligence, SOAR, Penetration Test, Incident Response or Behavioral Analysis
* Security Certificate ( CISSP, Ethical Hacker, Incident Response, any other equivalent information security certificate)
* Understanding of incident response and Cyber Kill Chain
* ITIL v3 experience
* Background in a customer facing environment
* Experience working within a SOC
