Job TitleStandard Job DescriptionPerforms tech planning, design, development, integration, and validation for total system life cycle. Analyses performed at all levels of system product including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal, incorporating design methods and standards for Cyber Security, SW, and HW infrastructure. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs SW that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems/questions in computer language. Ensures the logical and system conversion of customer/product requirements into total system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, cost constraints and align to SW and HW deployment pipelines and factories. Performs function and timeline analysis, detail trade and requirements allocation, and interface definitions studies to translate customer requirements into HW and SW feature definitions and acceptance criteria. Applies standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies HW and SW knowledge, cyber security standards in business/mission applications, and feedback from users to develop SW. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve program problems, output/input data acquisition, programming tech, and controls. Ensures SW standards are met.
