Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Credit Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of related experience, leadership experience and excellent communication skills. The salary for this position is $93k-125k + bonus
The Credit Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement company's credit policies and procedures.
Evaluate the credit scores of potential customers and make credit decisions.
Manage and lead the credit team to achieve company's objectives.
Monitor and manage customer credit limits and teams.
Manage relationships with external credit agencies.
Prepare reports and metrics for management as needed.
Act as a business partner on large contracts.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Credit Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
4+ years of related experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with history of building and leading teams.
High level of analytical skills and detailed-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
