Seeking an expert engagement manager with telecom and Salesforce experience to lead a sales process and design discovery effort that will be the foundation for a B2B sales transformation.

The engagement will include intense discovery, interviews, process/persona/journey mapping with several pods for a nationwide organization.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**

+ Salesforce evaluation, design/configuration, and implementation

+ Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communications Cloud Full-lifecycle experience

+ Experience with implementing systems in accordance with the Functional Blocks within OSS & BSS

+ Telecommunications management systems
