Overview:
The Department of Homeland Security, Management Directorate, Office of Procurement Operations has a requirement for the provision of Employee Assistance and Work Life Referral Service Program for all DHS employees and their immediate family members.
IDIQ
Clinical Director shall be responsible for the management of all clinical duties necessary to ensure the optimal functioning of the EAP field operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the clinical policies, procedures and practices of all qualified clinical staff serving under this contract, including intake coordinators, counselor supervisors (if applicable), staff counselors and affiliate counselors.
Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:
A master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university recognized by the corresponding professional associations in a clinical mental health field.
A current state license or state certification to practice as a mental health practitioner (e.g., social worker, clinical psychologist, marriage and family counselor, and professional counselor) shall be permanent, full, and unrestricted.
Ten (10) years of experience in the field of providing counseling services.
Five (5) years of clinical supervision experience in EAPs or related field.
Five (5) years of substance abuse treatment experience.
Five (5) years of experience in LE, military, or first responder culture (i.e., state, local or Federal law enforcement).
Two (2) years of experience in training as it relates to workplace issues and work and family issues.
