Description
Were searching for a diligent Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. Youll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. Additionally, youll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with outstanding organizational and project management abilities. You should thrive under pressure, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and embrace a learning-based mentality with a service-oriented attitude. While real estate experience and a license are a plus, they are not required.

Responsibilities
•Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
•Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
•Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
•Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
•Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
Qualifications
•Great written and verbal skills
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Weekend and evening availability
•Real estate license preferred
