About the Role
The Company is seeking a Executive Director for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) in a non-clinical capacity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the ADC portfolio, focusing on next-generation ADC platforms, and establishing partnerships with leading ADC companies. This role is pivotal in the development of a novel portfolio of ADCs for oncology indications, guiding these programs from the research stage to clinical advancement. Key responsibilities include serving as the Project Team leader for non-clinical stage ADC programs, designing and overseeing the execution of ADC research plans, working on IND filing, and representing the company in joint research committees and scientific conferences.Applicants must have an advanced scientific degree (PhD) in a biological science discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' of experience beyond the PhD, including at least 7 years' in ADC or related research. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of ADC design, non-clinical characterization, and manufacturing, and have first-hand knowledge of IND filing requirements for ADCs. Experience in leading cross-functional Project Teams, especially in partnerships and collaborations, is preferred. The role demands strong problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work virtually and collaboratively with internal teams, partners, and consultants to advance non-clinical programs in a time-sensitive manner.
