Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
• Design, develop, and implement data management strategies within the ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with organizatonal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functonal teams to understand data requirements and optimize
system performance.
User Training:
• Develop and conduct training programs for end-users on ERP system functionalities.
• Create user documentation, manuals, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users for effective utlization of the ERP
system.
Data Migration:
• Lead data migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the
ERP platform.
• Develop and execute data migration plans, mapping data fields, and validating data
integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data migration issues.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Programmer, Analyst, or Trainer preferably with a focus on ERP
systems.
• Excellent understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
o Certifications and Training experience are acceptable alternatives
• Experience with ERP systems such as Jenzabar, Banner, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Training or certification in ERP platforms.
