The IHT Field Lead will ensure our new and existing technicians understand the Oncourse safety culture and are following all department and company processes, while providing assistance for technicians that need help troubleshooting or closing a sale. The field coach will work with the supervisor, providing feedback or documentation (when needed) on technicians that may need additional guidance from their supervisor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for technicians in the field requiring assistance
Train new technicians and prepare them to work independently (meet all technical and sales checklist)
Weekly meeting with supervisor to review any issues, concerns or positive recognition to share with the team
Stay current with all company updates and be ready to share or answer questions technicians may have
We're Excited if This is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role
2-3 years of professional experience as an HVAC Technician
Education (preferred and or required)
High School diploma/GED required and HVAC certification OR Vocational/skill training experience in HVAC in lieu of certification Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
EPA Certification - Type 1 and 2 or Universal OR Vocational/skill training
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
Proficiency with Ipad technology
