As the Associate Account Director , you will be a key client relationship manager focusing on the development of client program strategy, research, and creation and implementation of acquisition campaigns to drive new donor growth for our nonprofit clients.

Your impact:
Serve as the key contact responsible for building strong relationships and trust with clients.
Monitor performance and recommend program optimization opportunities.
Interpret both qualitative and quantitative research to solve client challenges.
Complete and deliver integrated media campaign plans based on budget goals provided by client/partners.
Produce client performance reports.
Plan and participate in client meetings.
Your Profile: 5+ years of agency experience working in the fundraising sector or client direct marketing fundraising experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced knowledge of direct marketing performance metrics required.
Ability to manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office software.
