Drive market research and learning plans to identify new opportunities and trends in the partner products space and use this information to inform the product roadmap and product strategy.

Develop and drive a globally consistent strategic and technical planning process for sales and product that includes competitive assessment, differentiation, and GTM execution.

Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

What do you need to bring:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, marketing, business administration)

10+ years of experience in product management, solutions consulting, insights and operations, especially for Payments and/or eCommerce products.

Committed, results-driven performer, staunchly advocating for partner needs within the PayPal organization and for PayPal needs within the partner organizations.

Strong focus on ownership, initiative, efficiency, and accountability, for oneself and others.

Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of PayPal and partner organizations, from engineers to senior executives.

Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environment where success depends on removing obstacles, finding compromises and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies to complete projects.
