Job Description Job Description Foundation Automotive of Wichita Falls is looking for a Service Advisor to take great care of our customers.
Qualifications ·
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent computer skills & ability to learn new programs quickly
Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
The ability to follow department procedures and policies
1 year of customer service experience or service advisor experience required
Driver's License required
Pass drug and background screen required
Service Advisor Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for positively communicating with customers, initiating and processing requests for repair services, and keeping customers updated on work progress.
Greet service department customers enthusiastically, courteously and promptly
Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs
Recommend other needed or recommended services with low pressure and high integrity
Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
Adhere to dealership policies on customer vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Make sure that all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Service Advisor Compensation
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Service Advisor Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. every other Saturday
