Job Description
Pacific Coast Hospitality is searching for an ambitious and talented Restaurant General Manager to lead up this well established (23 yrs. in business) restaurant brewery in beautiful Portland OR. From the very beginning, on the cutting edge of the farm to table concept with all natural Angus Beef that is raised on spent brewery grain and spring fed pastures, and an organically managed garden producing an average of 5,000 lbs. of seasonal vegetables for the restaurant.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the ideal candidate to grow an already dynamic business through multiple revenue streams, refine a comfortable and professional service program, and help build brand awareness through superior operations.
Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:
5 years’ plus experience working as General manager in the upscale, casual dining segment
Higher education a plus
Strong communicator with proven ability to lead a team and improve performance standards
Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of restaurant operations from hiring to product and service standards, sales growth and financial results, etc.
Casual, yet corporate experience/background preferred
BUSY environment, candidate must have the energy and mental toughness to succeed
High volume “foodie” experience a plus
Passion for developing and mentoring a team
Track record of achieving financial results
Salary Range & Benefits
Salary – $60k – $80k (starting, based on experience level )
Bonus Program / Profit Sharing based off unit performance
