What You Will Be Doing
Performing analysis to determine current and future financial performance.
Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial data to make recommendations for financial plans, acquisitions, and operating forecasts.
Collaborating with department managers to establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
Researching and compiling data to make annual and monthly budget projections.
Tracking revenue and expenses, comparing actual figures to forecasts and making adjustments.
Conducting research on topics such as rates of return, working capital, investment opportunities, and government regulations.
Preparing reports for management summarizing research findings and evaluating discrepancies.
Analyzing current data to estimate future expenditures.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of corporate finance experience.
Good understanding of accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
Analytical and statistical examination skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and the public.
