We’re looking for an amazing Business Analyst/Scrum Master to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The scope of position includes hosting daily stand-up, monthly enhancement prioritization and other business meetings. Additionally, you will serve as a Scrum facilitating agile project management methodologies and ensuring successful delivery of projects

Responsibilities
Agile Project Management: Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery, resolving any conflicts or impediments that arise.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, data requirements, user stories from multiple departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements, design data models, and implement solutions to meet their needs.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, process flows, data flows, and functional/technical specifications for data, and reporting.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with business/IT partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree & Certified Scrum Master
Minimum 5 years with agile methodology as a Scrum Master
Minimum 3 years with Jira, Confluence and/or other project management tools
SQL skills for trouble shooting and understand technical terms
Database experience like Oracle, SQL Server, and Dataverse.
Ability to create a functional requirement documentation with business users.
Ability to interact well with all levels within the organization.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this position is Hybrid, based in our Seattle or Miami offices.

Base Salary Range: $78,200.00 to $105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
