A Day in the Life:

Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in product marketing strategies.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate these insights into actionable marketing plans.

Oversee the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences.

Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product guides, and competitive analysis materials.

Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams to achieve successful product launches.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners, encouraging harmony across teams.

Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, challenges, competitors, and potential solutions.

Define product positioning and differentiated value propositions for use in marketing materials, sales training, and customer communications.

Connect campaigns to product capabilities and differentiators to increase awareness and new customer acquisition.

Handle marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to increase return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.

Experience:

3-5 years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields preferred.

Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives.

Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges.

Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.

Experience in clinician engagement preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.

Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Demonstrate leadership providing clarity in direction goals, expectations and priorities while fostering open and transparent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.

Great teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.

Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $115,000.00–$157,400.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
