SOLV Energy is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us build our brand identity from the ground up, as well as support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design reports, illustrations and complete other projects.
The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
Effective communication and time management skills
Understanding of basic marketing concepts, website design standards, and branding best practices
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Must quickly and thoroughly understand company branding, audience, and messaging techniques
Study design briefs and plan and illustrate concepts for publication
Prepare drafts of designs, present ideas, and make changes as necessary
Work with copywriting team to produce final design
Data management
Proposal support
Event Support
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: At least two years in Graphic Design
Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Graphic Design
A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to your business's visual content goals.
Proficiency in the use of various Microsoft programs
Proficiency with graphics editors, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
Proficient verbal and written English language skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Knowledge of solar industry desirable
Ability to work overtime as required for events and occasional travel
