Guidehouse is a management consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations navigate change. We work with public sector clients to improve efficiency, promote transparency, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Your Role:
As a Change Management and Communications Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' transformation efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Working with stakeholders to assess readiness for change
Developing and implementing change management strategies
Create communications materials to support change initiatives
Leading client meetings and presentations
Tracking and reporting on change programs
Contributing to the development of our change management methodologies and tools
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of five years of experience in change management, with at least three years in a lead capacity
Experience implementing technology systems
Strong communications skills
Organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial:
Certification in change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working in the public sector
Experience managing small teams
Knowledge of graphic design concepts
