We are hiring a ***Part-Time Customer Service Specialists*** who thrive in professional non-call center environments and have a passion for helping others.

This position is part of the Customer Care Team who is responsible for relationship building with our current clients. Your communication skills both verbal and written will be important in providing information in a professional manner.

* Listen with empathy and let them know that you and MES cares about helping them.
* Apply knowledge learned in MES Training to help clients' lives.
* Use Salesforce CRM, Zendesk and Ring Central to provide consistent service.
* Obtain referrals and customer google reviews.
* Provide Welcome and Birthday calls, help clients navigate in Client Advocacy Portal.
* Obtain necessary client documents and submit for timely renewals
* Communicate through a variety of platforms: VOIP system, chat, email, and text.
* Continuously learn and grow to provide white glove service.
* Strive to meet company and personal goals.
**QUALIFICATIONS** :
* Passionate about helping others and making a difference
* Ability to quickly form Relationships and establish trust
* Desire to Learn More Skills to Help Clients and to Earn More Money
* Positive Attitude and Engagement in Learning Process
* High Level of Competency with Technology
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* 1 year+ counseling over the phone or related customer service experience
* HS Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Bilingual a Plus!
**Schedule: Part-Time**
Work 20-30 hours weekly Monday - Saturday
