What You Will Do:
Join our team of consultants on the Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team who assist clients in maximizing the value of their data and automating business processes. This team focuses on implementing all aspects of data analytics and data science, including data querying, visualization, predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation (RPA). Our services help clients define their information strategy, make data-driven decisions, reduce complexity and cost, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.
We provide client services, support business development, contribute to internal firm initiatives, and facilitate ongoing professional growth.
What You Will Need:
3+ years of experience in data science
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in SAS
Experience with SQL for data transformation and reporting
Excellent written and oral communication skills for different audiences, including management and external clients, in a professional setting
Analyzing large and complex data sets, with a strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like Git
Security clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Preferred Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative fields.
Skills and/or proven success in the following:
Knowledge of Medicaid or health insurance exchange systems
Scripting using languages like Python or R
Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, simulation, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
Ability to select and apply appropriate analytical techniques
Collaboration and teamwork, while also being able to work independently
Identifying client needs, building relationships, demonstrating flexibility, addressing conflicts with a supervisor
Business development, including responding to RFP/RFQ, writing white papers/concept papers, and creating prototype solutions for customers
