Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of technology (infrastructure and/or software) sales experience. Job description:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive levels.
Work with the HQ management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market.
Analyze competition, market trends, and the customer base in order to formulate sales & marketing strategy.
Work with Projects and Service organization to ensure smooth execution of projects and to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Attend site show-round where necessary and gather information for a quotation.
Meet with potential clients to explain proposals and solutions in order to secure the sales away from the competitor.
Leading and training other members of the account team.
Build up an effective account team and share leads & information with internal technical and delivery teams.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales forecast management and report.
Business Strategy and Planning set up and manage.
Job requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of technology (infrastructure and/or software) sales experience
Strong profile in telecom account management, at least 3 years’ experience in managing key accounts, and proven record of sales success within the telecom field
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Technical knowledge on Fiber Network, FTTH, xPON, Access, Optical Transport, and overall Telecom field
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent
