Position Summary

Contributes to sales, account management, and business retention for the organization's products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. Delivers support in account servicing for assigned constituents (producers, plan sponsors, customers), business or customer segment, products and services and geographies.

What you will do

Assists with the development and execution of customer service strategies, meeting with customers at least quarterly to review status and discuss new action items.

Supports Account Manager who is responsible for the financials and relationship of customers with 100 to 5000 employees.

Manages the reviews and reporting of key performance indicators to ensure critical deliverables are achieved.

Collaborates in discussions regarding service levels and expectations, establishing methods for process improvements.

Facilitates reviews of key documentation to identify any gaps in service levels, conducts root cause analysis, and communicates corrective action plans for deficiencies.

Manages critical plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing, and drafting.

Coordinates customer requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, and benefit questions.

Required Qualifications

+2 years prior Customer Service experience

Must live in Metro Atlanta, GA and be able to travel to customers and workplace for meetings.

Excellent customer service mindset, strong communications (verbal and written) ability to interact with customers/brokers.

Experience with Outlook, Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Health & Life license required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Health Insurance industry-related experience working with complex accounts.

Salesforce experience

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $85,100.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities. The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
