(Elliot).Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.As a plumber you will perform a wide range of plumbing work in residential and commercial service and construction environments. Your role is critical in ensuring systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, maintain and upgrade pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies promptly and effectively.Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure compliance and functionality.Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.Prepare cost estimates for projects and repairs.Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to execute work according to specifications.QualificationsKentucky plumbing license is recommended but not requiredProblem-solving and communication skillsTechnical training or apprenticeship program3+ Years of experience in residential and/or commercial setting is recommendedValid driver's licenseOwn your own hand toolsStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulationsMust be able to pass criminal background check and drug screeningBenefits/CultureToday, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
