The Enterprise Architecture org is responsible for developing the IT technology vision aligned to changing business priorities through thought leadership, process standardization, structure and value delivery. We aim primarily to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business itself!

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, Director who will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and with expertise in many disciplines, focusing on leading the delivery of strategic and technical programs! As a TPM, Director, you will be accountable for driving project/product delivery through planning and monitoring while managing key stakeholders through regular communications and performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include:

Understanding the strategic vision and goals set forth by the Executive Leadership Team

Successfully partnering with business leaders to understand business needs & capabilities to be delivered

Defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all project team members

Managing strategic initiatives

Holding regular work team meetings to help address potential and current project risks, issues, questions, and roadblocks

Updating and maintaining project status reports

Preparing and delivering executive presentations

Strong financial acumen and budget management

Your Impact:

Success will be measured by the overall performance in managing the work while keeping strategic goals in mind. You will be instrumental in consistently ensuring project teams are asking the right questions and striving for alignment. The ideal candidate is organized, has the ability to motivate/energize teams, and can communicate with an entire organization through a variety of channels.

Project Management Skills:

Demonstrated understanding of different Project Management methodologies, processes, and strategies

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Works independently and take initiative

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing project teams

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Experience in working in a global team environment

Extensive experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Proven ability to adapt strategies and goals in response to or in anticipation of changing business conditions

People Management may be possible at this level

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years experience in full project/program management lifecycle

5+ years experience in full agile development lifecycle

Professional Project Management and/or Scrum Master Certification from accredited intuition preferred and/or 8+ years leading technical projects

Ability to drive existing programs and also capable of starting new programs, identifying the necessary elements for success, and driving alignment, with help from leadership, delegating where necessary.

Identifying and holding functional areas accountable for their work and resolving any gaps

Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances

A related technical degree
