Raising Purchase Orders
Managing inventory and financial data in spreadsheets
Conducting routine monthly and quarterly audits on asset counts
Procuring inventory including cables, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Assisting in the creation of new orders
Working with Merakis vendors in gathering the data necessary to manage inventory counts or procure inventory
Coordinating Vendor and Supplier Meetings
Assisting the Datacenter Manager in financial administration tasks **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Must have Qualifications)**
Have 1-5+ years of Procurement, asset, and inventory experience in warehousing, datacenters or in logistics.
Are proficient in Excel
US Citizen as you will be working within US Federal datacenters **(MANDATORY)**
In driving proximity to San Jose, California
Solid Organization and Time Management Skills **DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/SYSTEM EXPERIENCE: (Nice to have Qualifications)**
