Develop and execute marketing and public relations plans that support the company's overall business objectives
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of messaging and marketing efforts
Identify and cultivate relationships with key media and industry influencers, including journalists, bloggers, and social media personalities
Create compelling content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, blog, and website
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and public relations efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing and public relations initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing and public relations strategies
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and public relations team
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, InsureTech preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling messaging for a variety of audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing and public relations strategies
Proven ability to manage projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools is a plus
