Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and create functional specifications for NetSuite solutions.
Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications.
Develop and deliver training for end-users.

Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to align NetSuite with other systems.
Act as the main contact for NetSuite inquiries and issues.
Communicate technical information clearly across the organization.
Stay updated with NetSuite features and best practices.
Participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and support.
Knowledge of business processes in finance, sales, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Suite Script, SuiteFlow, and Suite Analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
