The Company is seeking a Commercial Sales Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual responsible for overseeing and driving the commercial sales strategy. This role involves working closely with the executive team to develop and execute sales plans, establish sales goals, and drive revenue growth in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for sales and team mentorship.Key responsibilities for the Commercial Sales Director include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading and managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key commercial customers, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence. The role also requires collaboration with marketing and product management teams to develop effective sales tools and promotions, monitoring market trends, and analyzing sales data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
