WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in arming the organization with compelling content to effectively showcase our top-notch products and empower advisors to fully understand their value.

Define and Maintain Product Messaging: Act as the keeper of Nitrogen’s platform messaging by establishing a clear and consistent articulation of our products’ and features’ value, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

Coordinate Product Launches and Updates: Oversee the execution of product launches and feature updates, ensuring timely and targeted delivery of materials to appropriate audiences to maximize impact.

Optimize Product Pages: Manage and enhance the product pages on the Nitrogen website, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Administer Knowledge Base: Oversee the Knowledge Base to ensure high-quality, consistent written and visual content, maintaining continuity across all contributors and updates.

Develop Multimedia Campaign Content: Write compelling scripts and storyboards for multimedia campaigns.

Master Industry Knowledge: Become the go-to expert on relevant wealth management technology solutions, creating comparative materials that effectively position Nitrogen in the marketplace.

Support Sales Enablement and Advisor Success: Provide strategic assistance to the Sales Enablement and Advisor Success teams by developing and delivering content, training materials, and resources that effectively communicate our value proposition to advisors and wealth management firms.

Create Training Content for Events: Develop engaging training content, demo decks, and presentations for both online and in-person events, ensuring presenters are well-equipped to deliver impactful sessions.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Implement Customer Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop with customers and sales teams to gather insights on product performance and customer satisfaction, using this data to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements

2+ years Product Marketing experience required with an emphasis in Fintech or Wealth Management.

Strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) and managing product launches.

Unique ability to articulate the value of SaaS solutions in a wealth management context.

Masterful written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in the language of our core audiences: advisors, broker-dealers, corporate RIAs, custodians, and asset managers.

An eye for accuracy and continuity in visual media.

Capable of conducting meticulous follow-up. Doesn’t drop the ball.

Drive to work cross-functionally across multiple teams in the organization.

Ability to internalize the company’s “voice”: a hybrid of financial services professionalism, technology company innovation and attention-grabbing straight talk that shows the attitude, personality, and culture of our company.

The expected compensation range for this position is $80k - $95k.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
