We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team! You will manage engineers involved in the development of various cross functional initiatives. You will mentor and grow individual contributors and collaborate with cross-functional team members such as product managers and designers. What you'll bring
+ 3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
+ Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a software development environment, with capability in frontend and backend
+ Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.
+ Experience in building, operating large scale web
+ Experience in Agile software development
+ Possesses strong verbal and written communication
